1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on CityWala Matrimonial ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (21 for grooms where required by law) and legally competent to marry under the laws applicable to you.
  • Profiles may be created on behalf of a family member with their knowledge and consent.
  • You must not be currently married, except where remarriage is legally permitted and honestly disclosed.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information in your profile.
  • Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Use the Service only to seek a matrimonial alliance — commercial solicitation, harassment and fraudulent conduct are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringes another's rights.

4. Verification & moderation

We screen profiles and moderate photos to keep the community genuine, but we do not guarantee any member's identity, intentions or marital status. Always exercise your own judgment; meet first in public places and involve your family.

5. Paid memberships

Premium features are provided under the plan you purchase. Fees are charged in advance and governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise plan pricing prospectively at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, receive substantiated complaints, or misuse the platform — with or without prior notice. You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CityWala Matrimonial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other members.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
